Excellent Tandoori Chicken Tortilla Wraps with Cucumber Raita
Serves 5

Prepare your chicken:
- Add all ingredients to a marinating dish, mix well and place in the fridge and marinate for at least 30 minutes (if you can plan ahead and marinate overnight, even better).
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill/pan fry chicken on each side for about 6 to 8 minutes or until done. Set aside to rest while you prepare the raita.
Easy raita:
- Combine yogurt, cucumber, and seasonings in a small bowl.
- Add some green chilli for an extra bite!
To assemble:
- Lightly toast your wraps
- Place chicken on a bed a garnish of your preference, top with raita and chopped coriander, and enjoy!
