Excellent Sticky Wings with Roast Veg and Sriracha Drizzle

Serves 4

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry and then coat in a mixture of baking powder and corn flour (this will give your chicken a crisp crust).
  2. Place the chicken and roast vegetable mix onto a roasting tray.
  3. Place in the oven to roast for 15 to 20 minutes until crust has formed.
  4. Remove from the oven and place the chicken in the cook-in bag, add seasoning and shake once enclosed.
  5. Place the chicken with the roast vegetables back into the oven for a further 15 to 20 minutes.

To serve:
Plate the chicken with the roast veggies on the side. Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.


  • 10ml Baking powder
  • 30ml Corn flour
  • Excellent Meat Chicken wings
  • 1x Knorr Sticky chicken Cook-in bag (available at your local Excellent Meat store)
  • 1x pkt Roast vegetable mix (available at your local Excellent Meat store)
  • To serve: Spring onion and sesame seeds
