Excellent Sticky Wings with Roast Veg and Sriracha Drizzle
Serves 4

- Pat the chicken wings dry and then coat in a mixture of baking powder and corn flour (this will give your chicken a crisp crust).
- Place the chicken and roast vegetable mix onto a roasting tray.
- Place in the oven to roast for 15 to 20 minutes until crust has formed.
- Remove from the oven and place the chicken in the cook-in bag, add seasoning and shake once enclosed.
- Place the chicken with the roast vegetables back into the oven for a further 15 to 20 minutes.
To serve:
Plate the chicken with the roast veggies on the side. Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.

- 10ml Baking powder
- 30ml Corn flour
- Excellent Meat Chicken wings
- 1x Knorr Sticky chicken Cook-in bag (available at your local Excellent Meat store)
- 1x pkt Roast vegetable mix (available at your local Excellent Meat store)
- To serve: Spring onion and sesame seeds
