Excellent Onion Marmalade, Feta and Biltong Bonanza Burger

Serves 4

Cooking of your Excellent Meat Bonzana burgers – pan-fry for 4 minutes per side or braai for 6 minutes per side.

For the sauce: Add mayonnaise, a touch of milk, crushed garlic and Sriracha sauce together, mix well.

To assemble: Add Excellent Meat Bonanza burger to roll. Add a spoonful (30 ml) of onion marmalade to each burger. Add 3 slices of feta onto the onion marmalade, a handful of rocket and a handful of Excellent Meat biltong. Add sauce to the top bun and serve.


  • 1 pkt Excellent Meat Hamburger rolls, toasted
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 1 pkt of Excellent Meat Bonanza Pepper Beef Burger
  • ¼ cup / 60ml Mayonnaise
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 20ml Sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup / 125ml Onion Marmalade
  • Feta, 2 blocks cut into thick slices
  • 10 Rocket leaves
  • 2 packs of Excellent Meat Beef biltong, sliced
