- In a pot, saute onion in oil over medium heat for two minutes until translucent.
- Add garlic & ginger paste and bay leaves, saute another minute or two.
- Add in curry powder, paprika, garam masala, and tomatoes – saute well for 2 to 3 mins on low until fragrant and the oil separates from the mixture.
- Next, add Excellent Lean Steak mince and tin of peas – stir well for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lower the heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes on medium low until you see the oil separates from the mince. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Check the consistency – add water if you need more gravy or cook on medium until excess water is evaporated.
- Enjoy with rice or roti!
