Excellent Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs
Serves 2-4

- In large saucepan, over medium to high heat, sauté your Excellent Meatballs in the oil for 6 to 8 minutes until brown. Remove the meatballs from the saucepan.
- Add your onions and garlic to your saucepan and then sauté for 4 to 6 minutes until translucent. Add in the tomato paste, beef stock, oregano, basil, brown sugar and allow to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Add in your meatballs for the last 10 minutes of simmering.
- Remove the sauce from the heat and serve on a bed of spaghetti.
To garnish: sprinkle with chopped / whole fresh basil and cheddar or pecorino cheese

- 2 tbls / 30ml Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 pkt Excellent Meatballs
- 1 tbls / 15ml Garlic, crushed
- 50g Tomato paste
- 2 cups / 500ml Beef stock
- 1 tbl . 15ml Worchester sauce
- ½ tsp Oregano, dried
- ½ tsp / 2.5ml Basil dried
- 1 tbls / 15ml Brown sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 1 pkt Spaghetti, cooked according to packet instructions
- To Garnish: Basil and Grated Cheddar / Pecorino cheese
